Mary Anne began her career with SunStream on Fort Myers Beach in 1986. She has over 22 years experience in real estate, hospitality, and development. A licensed  real estate broker since 1991, Mary Anne has an extensive background in Fort Myers Beach condominium resorts, along with residential areas throughout Lee County. Mary Anne and her family reside in Cape Coral.

Ruth has been a resident of Southwest Florida for 38 years and has been actively working in the area's real estate market since 1982. Ruth's realty expertise is dedicated to the areas of Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Bonita. Ruth is a four year ladies Golf Championship winner at Spanish Wells, and embraces the Florida lifestyle that she can help others attain through her realty profession. Fran Cooke has been selling Real Estate in Southwest Florida since 1980 and has lived on Fort Myers Beach since 1984. Fran moved to Fort Myers Beach from Ohio where she owned her own Real Estate company and still holds a current Brokers license there. As an active member of the Fort Myers Beach community, Fran knows the area very well and cherishes her island lifestyle of fishing, biking and walking the beach. Fran specializes in listing and selling Real Estate in both Lee and Collier counties; and has been a top producer here since 1986. Justin Lawrence has over seven years' experience in the fields of construction and land development. He joined SunStream Inc. in January 2003 as the assistant project manager for Bellasera Resort in Naples. Licensed real estate broker , Justin is very knowledgeable and familiar with SunStream properties and the Fort Myers Beach and Naples area. He is very eager to satisfy any of your real estate needs.

Mike O'Brien has been with SunStream Inc. since September of 2003. Involved with the construction of Bellasera Resort in Naples, he is also an expert when it comes to the SunStream properties throughout Southwest Florida. As a licensed real estate salesperson and having previous experience in construction and marketing, Mike looks forward to assisting you with what some say will be the biggest decision of your life.

Tom is a graduate of Michigan State University and has made Southwest Florida his home for the past six years. He joined SunStream Realty in 2008, bringing his expert experience in real estate development projects and real estate sales to our team. Tom has held a real estate license for the past five years and has received numerous business recognition awards, including Entrepreneur of the year for the State of Michigan. His impressive list of business associates and friends around the country and his many years of business experience enable him to secure buyers for the many properties listed throughout Southwest Florida.

Jarrod White was born and raised in South Florida and joined SunStream Realty in 2010. Jarrod has nearly a decade of real estate experience in Florida, and has focused his expertise the past seven years primarily on Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding Southwest Florida areas. As a resident of Fort Myers Beach for the last seven years, Jarrod is very knowledgeable about most of the island's properties, as well as all the great properties that are managed by SunStream.
